From everyone at Gündem English online newspaper, we welcome you to a fresh start of the 2016/2017 Fall semester at Eastern Mediterranean University. To our esteem readers, we cherish your support and readership and to our anticipated new readers, welcome to Gündem English, the official online newspaper of the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies, we are delighted to have you on board.
We are pleased to announce that we adding two important educative pages to our platform. The first is “Word of the week”; a page targeted at helping students learn the meaning, background and fun facts of words and the second one is titled “Did you know” and it is aimed at presenting interesting random facts about Eastern Mediterranean University and Northern Cyprus at large. We also wish to announce to you that your favorite program, Gündem Voxpop will continue to air and on a general note, be rest assured that you will continue to get interesting news stories and feature stories out of Eastern Mediterranean University.
