On Wednesday the 24th of May, 2017, students of Public Relations and Advertising department took the attention of teachers, fellow students and others at 8.30 am to about 11.30 am, when they displayed products for their social responsibility project in front of the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies building.
One of the groups named “The smart gloves group” made a product exhibition for their new product which they wanted people to see and also have a first time experience before buying the product in the market place. The product was a ‘Smart Handglove’ which allows one to use their smart devices without taking off their gloves. It is both convenient and efficient. On the stand which they displayed, were other products which included earrings, necklaces, rings, and bangles. It also featured the Accessorize gift bag, and a leaflet containing the new product’s information and contact details. People were invited to try out the new product and give their feedback about how well it worked and how they liked.
Another group, Prime IMC Agency, showcased their new product, New Apple Kids Tracker; a product that helps parents to secure their children. Games, good music and snacks were made available by different groups and that created a lively atmosphere.
